Sea Shepherd crew playing Minke Rescue
Here’s some images of the crew of the Steve Irwin – Sea Shepherds main vessel – playing Minke Rescue. Just back from months of disrupting whalers as part of Operation Divine Wind, the crew were eager to hear about and play Minke Rescue. Not only did I get the joy of watching people on the front-line playing my little game (see images below)… but also got a great and informative tour of the ship to boot. Thanks to James, Kelly, Eleanor, Eva, Arthur and the rest of the Steve Irwin crew.

Sea Shepherd has confirmed that the Japanese whaling fleet will return
Sea Shepherd has confirmed that the Japanese whaling fleet will return with “enhanced security” to the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
Captain Watson states “I do think that we are in for a very dramatic and adventurous three months beginning in December and I am confident that we will be able to stop them once again. We have our clearance from Australia for entering the Antarctic Treaty Zone. The ships are ready and the crew are prepared.”
